Counselling & Physiotherapy Support

Sparta Health is a wellbeing services  provider trusted by thousands of education professionals across the UK.

Working in partnership with Education Mutual, we provide access to confidential Counselling and Physiotherapy services. Our aim is to help education staff receive the support they need to improve their wellbeing and return to feeling their best.

How The Referral Process Works

1. Complete Referral Form

Click the 'Start My Referral' button below and complete the secure referral form with your details. 

2. Referral Reviewed

Our team will review your referral and the information that has been provided.

3. Initial Contact

We will contact you via email within 3 working days to discuss your needs and next steps.

If you have not heard from us within this time frame, please contact us by emailing healthenquiries@sparta-group.co.uk or call 0345 872 2161. 

4. Support Begins

You will be guided to the right support and begin your journey with Sparta Health.

Important Information

Sparta Health does not provide a crisis response service. If, within the past month, you have experienced thoughts of self-harm or suicide, please contact your GP, GP out-of-hours service, NHS 111, or Samaritans on 116 123 (UK & ROI). If our triage identifies immediate risk, we may be unable to provide the urgent support you require.
