Working in partnership with Education Mutual, we provide access to confidential Counselling and Physiotherapy services, helping education staff receive the support they need to improve their wellbeing and return to feeling their best.

Physiotherapy Support

Expert support for musculoskeletal conditions and physical health concerns.

Support may be appropriate for:

  • Back Pain

  • Neck and Shoulder Problems

  • Joint Pain

  • Sports Injuries

  • Workplace-related Discomfort

  • Mobility Concerns

Counselling Support

Access confidential counselling sessions delivered by qualified professionals.

Support may be appropriate for:

  • Stress

  • Anxiety

  • Bereavement

  • Relationship Difficulties 

  • Workplace Concerns

  • General Wellbeing

Sparta Health does not provide a crisis response service.
